Bespoke Label orders cannot be refunded but will be replaced if deemed to be faulty. Standard \u201coff the shelf\u201d Label orders, Bluecode will offer a full refund up to 14 days from receipt of goods.<\/p>\n

The customer must detail their reasons for returning the goods. The returned goods must reach Bluecode Labelling Technology within 14 days of receipt and be in their original condition.<\/p>\n

A refund will be provided within 30 days.
